Resources on international climate themed PB

Yves Cabannes was a leading researcher and practitioner in Participatory Budgeting, and in recent years had been focussing his work on climate themed PB. Over the years he shared with us a number of publications that explore this topic in depth. Sadly, Yves passed away recently.
