Natelle
Morgan-Brown
associate
Natelle believes in the power of participatory and deliberative processes. She is skilled at building trust, holding space for dialogue, and enabling communities to strengthen their voices. With a background in arts and culture and the local authority sector, her practice centres equity, anti-racism and inclusion, and is grounded in authentic, collaborative approaches where power is shared.
Joining Shared Future CIC as an Associate in May 2026, she contributes to the design and delivery of inclusive, people-powered processes, bringing a strong commitment to participation.
Natelle is particularly interested in how people-powered processes can create space for dialogue across difference, and support communities to genuinely inform, influence and meaningfully shape decisions that affect their lives, leading to more equitable futures, particularly for those navigating structural inequality.
