Facilitation

Shared Future specialises in facilitating both standalone and repeated conversations to develop learning, solve problems and build consensus.

Over many years our directors and associates have helped people hold conversations, share knowledge and discuss issues that matter to them. This includes building face to face and online networks, group based facilitation and one to one mentoring.

Using a wide variety of established techniques, including action learning, open space and citizen inquiries.

As well as meetings we can also facilitate the development of online networks, with associated social media support. Examples of our work in this area include the UK Participatory Budgeting Network and the North Lancashire Social Enterprise network.

Whatever your needs, and whenever you are working with others in a community of place or of interest, we have ways to support your learning and build collaboration.
